Parkour is a training discipline, an attitude and method that allows you to move through any environment at speed. The concept is to overcome all physical and mental obstacles in your path by using your body and mind to run, climb, jump and vault.

LEARN PARKOUR MOVEMENTS

Parkour movements may involve running, jumping, climbing, crawling, landing and rolling. The goal is to adapt one’s movements to any given situation or environment. Our extreme parkour sessions will teach the essentials of Parkour, with a major focus on safety and being technically correct.
